Physicians Quality Care is a completely new kind of
walk-in medical clinic. Drs. Jimmy and Melanie Hoppers, who between
them have 32 years experience in urgent care, internal medicine, and
pediatrics, have a simple philosophy - to treat others as they wish
to be treated.
Non-Medical Experience?
"Quite honestly," adds Dr. Jimmy Hoppers,
"waiting in a typical waiting room can be a difficult experience.
We are changing that."
Physicians Quality Care offers amenities not seen elsewhere. While
waiting, patients can view high-definition movies or sporting events
in our 26-seat theatre, choose from over 40 current periodicals in
our library, or enjoy complimentary coffee and tea in the
refreshment center. Children will enjoy the oversized "Our Gang"
themed playhouse built right inside the waiting room. Physicians
Quality Care also has created a unique full-time position, Patient
Concierge, whose sole job is to make our guests feel comfortable and
at home before they see the doctor.

"Our driving force is to make medicine, the total delivery of
healthcare, as understandable and as pleasant as possible," says Dr.
Melanie Hoppers. "Obviously we plan to provide excellent medical
care," she continues, "but we also want to focus on the non-medical
experience, how our guests are treated when they are not one-on-one
with the physician."
