We are seeking candidates to fill a unique position in our walk-in clinics in both Jackson and Milan. As we expand our concierge team, we are seeking dedicated individuals who can fulfill this role with professionalism and commitment.

The concierge provides the initial interaction with our guests who have come to our walk-in clinics for medical care. The concierge sets the tone for the patient’s entire visit.

Our concierge staff embodies the spirit of compassion and professionalism, creating a reassuring atmosphere that alleviates anxiety and fosters trust from the moment our guests step through the door. By focusing on enhancing the overall patient experience, our concierge personnel play a vital role in upholding our commitment to exceptional care.

Concierge Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and acquainting them with the facility’s amenities.
• Ensuring common areas meet patient standards to include: A state-of-the-art movie theater, an oversized children’s play area, library filled with periodicals, and the complimentary snack bar.
• Anticipating patients’ needs and solving their problems.
• Perform basic administrative duties.
• Providing directions and information about local points of interest.

Work Hours & Benefits:

Candidates applying for these positions must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, and occasionally open and close shifts. Hours can range from four- to eight-hour shifts, with 7am and 7pm opening/closing shifts.

Salary, based on experience, starts at $13 an hour.

Concierge Qualifications/Skills:

The ideal candidate would exemplify the following qualifications:

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma is required
• Prior experience in the hospitality, customer service or health care industry is preferred
